Just 10 minutes walking from the center of Malia is Malia Beach. The stunning view of the little island is magical both day and night time. The chapel is only 80metres away and not more than 2.5metres deep, so it is easily accessible by all swimmers.

A great place to combine sightseeing, beach and nice food is Potamos Beach ! You can start your day by visiting the archaeological site of Malia the third-largest of the Minoan Palaces , which is open from 9:00-17:00. After the sightseeing you can go for a nice swim to the beach of Potamos and then you can have a nice greek meal with a great view at the restaurants which are nearby to the beach. Have a nice day!
