On World Animal Day, we celebrate the animals that become part of our everyday lives and the bonds that grow around them.

For more than a decade, Navarino Pet Community has brought together Costa Navarino associates around a shared care for stray animals in
Messinia.

Along the way, more than 250 four-legged friends have found the care, companionship and homes that have given their stories a new beginning.

Over 4,000-year-old grape seeds discovered at Romanos reveal the region’s ancient connection to the vine. Today, Navarino Vineyards carries this heritage forward through hand-harvested grapes and wines that reflect the land and climate of Messinia.

There is a certain calm that defines the experience of Costa Navarino in September, found in the sound of the sea, the warmth of the Messinian sun and the quiet moments that come naturally throughout the day.

As summer gently slows, September reveals a different side of the destination. The days remain warm, the landscapes take on a softer rhythm, and there is space to explore, unwind and experience the authentic character of Messinia.
