Online Distribution Specialist

Department: Revenue & Sales

CreteVillas4U is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Online Distribution Specialist to join our Revenue & Sales team.

The ideal candidate will support the management of our online sales channels, ensuring accurate property listings, pricing, availability and promotions across multiple booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

▪️Create, upload and manage property listings on our company website and online booking platforms (OTAs).

▪️Update and maintain rates, availability, special offers and promotions across distribution channels.

▪️Ensure the accuracy and consistency of property descriptions, photos, pricing and availability across all platforms.

▪️Monitor online listings and identify discrepancies or synchronization issues.

▪️Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales team to support daily online distribution and sales operations.

Requirements

▪️Familiarity with online booking platforms and OTAs.

▪️Previous experience in Online Distribution, Reservations, E-Commerce or OTA Management will be considered an asset, preferably within the hospitality industry.

▪️Basic understanding of pricing, availability management and online promotions.

▪️Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

▪️Very good command of written and spoken English.

▪️Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

▪️Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Hours

▪️Full-time position with rotating shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
▪️Alternatively, a six-day working schedule of 7 hours per day may be considered.

We stepped away from emails, bookings and our daily routines for a while and spent the day together - sharing food, playing games, laughing and simply enjoying each other’s company. 😊

✨ A stay worth remembering at Villa Orizontes!

Nothing makes us happier than hearing that a holiday in Crete became a true 5-star experience. From the beautiful setting and days by the pool to exploring the island and enjoying a little extra care along the way, Seb and his family certainly made the most of their stay with us. 💙

"The Villa Orizontes is absolutely beautiful and genuinely even more impressive than the photos. It’s a few min inland from Adelianos Kampos and has beautiful views over the sea and landscape.
The pool, play area and landscaping is all amazing. Our kids loved it!
We hired a car for the week which I think would be important unless you only occasionally want to venture out. That said there are lots of great day trips and things to go see.
Menios was the local concierge that you get support from as part of the booking and he was an absolute star. He handles check in, showed us around, recommended restaurants (all of which were amazing) and booked taxis. He also sorted a boat excursion on the south of the island which was a highlight.
Rozetta the housekeeper came for an hour or two each morning and kept the villa in great condition and was a real added bonus that we hadn’t anticipated.
Made it feel like a real 5* experience. We will definitely be going back"
