Holiday house for sale in Pelion with a building permit for a second house on the same plot
We are selling our traditionally built holiday house, Kalivi Elena, on the Greek peninsula of Pelion. Kalivi Elena has been successfully rented out for ten years and has a loyal client base. We intend to continue renting it out through 2027; the house will be available from November 2027. It is possible to take over the Kalivi Elena website and the guest list.
