Metochi Villas is a group of 2 officially declared as traditional listed old mansions, Villa Laina and Villa Sofas dated back to the 18th century. They are located in the neighbourhood of Metochi at the outskirts of Platanias, near the west end of Crete 15 km away of the city of Chania and 25 km from the airport. They have been restored with respect to their history, preserving and appointing their original architecture meeting our valued customers expectations. Each Villa is detached and totally independent providing absolute privacy. Fully equipped, with all the amenities in the kitchen (microwave oven, cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, roaster, iron and iron board, dishwasher, boiler etc) bathroom with a spa tub, washing machine and hair dryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi broadband internet, safe, midi HiFi, large fireplace, central heating and cooling (A/C). Outside, the stone paved courtyard full of plants provides an open view to the sea and the White Mountains. The stone court yard wall ensures our customer privacy, surrounding each villas private pool and BBQ. There is private parking right outside of the court yard, in a quiet neighborhood with easy and near access to Banks, cafeterias, restaurants, taverns, bars, supermarkets, bus, taxi, seaside, etc
Villa Laina can host up to 8 adults and Villa Sofas up to 2 adults.
