Our Front Office Manager, Fereniki -known also as Niki- is one of the first faces our guests meet.
She is here for the first welcome, the questions, the special requests, and the moments when guests need something before they even have to ask.
She helps shape the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction feels warm and effortless.
Her work reflects one of the values at the heart of Uzenie: hospitality should feel personal, intuitive and sincere.

A sweet taste of Crete 🍬
Every day, two hours before dinner, our guests are invited to enjoy a selection of sweets prepared in-house by our Pastry Chef Vassilis.
Our handmade Portokalopita is one of our favourites: a traditional Greek orange cake, rich in citrus flavour and served the Uzenie way.

One week ago, we welcomed a different kind of experience to Uzenie: our very first retreat, created in collaboration with Smart Coffee.
Uzenie beach became our wellness space.
We moved.
We paused.
