Led by Nikolaos Unalome, the Touch & Sound experience blended therapeutic stretching, meditative practices, and immersive sound healing sessions, creating a space for deep relaxation and renewal. Set against the tranquil backdrop of Ella Elissa, Touch & Sound invites guests into an immersive wellness experience guided by renowned practitioner Nikolaos Unalome. Through Thai therapeutic movement, meditative touch, sacred oils, and transformative sound healing, each session is designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for deeper connection with self.

Mornings begin with Thai Stretching & Sound Healing, blending assisted stretches, rhythmic pressures, breathwork, and gentle vibration to awaken the body and restore energetic flow.

As evening falls, Sound Bath Experiences featuring crystal bowls, gongs, and the rare Bilas flat bells guide participants into profound states of relaxation, emotional release, and inner stillness.

Led by Nikolaos Unalome, one of the few Bilas performers worldwide, this unique two-day journey combines ancient healing traditions with contemporary wellness practices, offering a deeply restorative experience for body, mind, and spirit.
