Today, high above Kamares, we celebrated the Panigiri of Agios Symeon—the patron saint of our village, watching over the bay and harbour from above.
In Sifnos, panigiria are more than religious celebrations; they are expressions of faith, hospitality, and togetherness. The shared table, traditional revithada, and the sounds of violins and laouta keep this cherished tradition alive, bringing generations, locals, and visitors together.
