On this International Chefs’ Day, we are happy to celebrate the chef who helped bring the vision of Pilōs Restaurant to life. From the very beginning, our Consultant Chef, Gikas Xenakis , worked closely with the founders of Pilōs Restaurant to transform their vision into a culinary experience, creating a menu that celebrates the Mediterranean in all its richness, simplicity, and soul. Today, we celebrate his creativity, passion, and dedication, and the important role he has played in shaping our story.
