Climate Resilience Fee (Greek Law 5162/2024)
In compliance with Greek Law 5162/2024, a Climate Resilience Fee applies to all stays in Greece.
For short-term rentals and furnished apartments under 80m², the fee is:
€8 per night from April 1 to October 31 (High Season)
€2 per night from November 1 to March 31 (Low Season)
The fee is per apartment/room, not per person.
It is collected upon check-out and is not included in the reservation price.
No VAT is applied to this fee.
