IKIES 3 complex consists of 3 waterfront villas located outside Volos town. Facing the sea, the villas impress with the raw concrete walls and columns, yet the spaces are filled with light. The villas are 80-100m2 in size, each split over 2 floors. 2 of the villas hold 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each and the 3rd villa holds 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. ikies 3 complex was primarily planned for hospitality and accommodates 13 guests in total. Starting with modern rain shower bathrooms with Greek amenities, slippers, and bathrobes, the guests can gather in the spacious living room and cook in a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, one can plunge into a little private swimming pool and observe the sea from stylish loungers. The guests benefit from free wifi, satellite channels, Netflix streaming in each bedroom and living room, and individually controlled A/Cs.
