Today is our last day of the season. 💙
Behind us is our wall of your photos from all over the world, and in front of it is the team who made this summer happen. Thank you to every one of them, and to every one of you.
As we close the doors for another season, I want to say something from the heart.
We have a few plans in store for next year, for the restaurant and the bar, and a few more surprises besides. We’re proud to say that we never stop at Dennys Inn, and we never will, as long as our loyal friends keep supporting us. Thank you, truly, for supporting our little family business.
We’re not a big chain hotel. We’re not a five-star boutique, extra-exclusive, thirty-storey tower with five pools, five restaurants, twenty bars, a hundred staff and a posh Sunday roast. What we are is personal. We’re our true selves with you. We know you, and you know us. We call you by your first name the moment you walk through the door, because this is our home, and it’s yours too.
I’ve watched your children’s children grow up, and you’ve watched mine. I’ve laughed and cried with so many of you. And when you ask us for something, we listen. That’s who we are: authentic hospitality, with you at the centre of everything we do. You will never find anything fake here, and I am proud of that.
So while we rest for a month and then roll up our sleeves again, we’ll be thinking of you, and of how we can make our home even better for you.
