🏡 Η σεζόν τελείωσε. Η σωστή διαχείριση όχι! 🍂

Οι τελευταίοι επισκέπτες αναχώρησαν, οι κρατήσεις ολοκληρώθηκαν και το κατάλυμα έκλεισε για τον χειμώνα.

Αυτό όμως δεν σημαίνει ότι τελείωσε και η δουλειά του ιδιοκτήτη! 👀

Αντίθετα, τώρα μπαίνουν οι βάσεις για την επόμενη επιτυχημένη σεζόν.

⚠️ 3 λάθη που αξίζει να αποφύγεις:

🔧 1️⃣ Κλείνεις το κατάλυμα χωρίς τεχνικό έλεγχο.

Μικρές φθορές, υγρασία και προβλήματα στις εγκαταστάσεις μπορεί να εξελιχθούν σε δαπανηρές ζημιές μέσα στον χειμώνα. Η συντήρηση ξεκινά πριν κλειδώσεις την πόρτα!
