📅 Οι 59 ημέρες δεν είναι ετήσιο όριο. Αφορούν τη διάρκεια της κάθε μίσθωσης ξεχωριστά.

Ακόμη πιο ενδιαφέρον; Αν ένας επισκέπτης παρατείνει τη διαμονή του με νέα συμφωνία, αυτή εξετάζεται αυτοτελώς. Γι’ αυτό και η ίδια η ΑΑΔΕ δίνει παράδειγμα 51 + 13 ημερών, όπου και οι δύο μισθώσεις μπορούν να παραμείνουν βραχυχρόνιες.

Στη διαχείριση ενός καταλύματος, δεν αρκεί να ξέρεις πώς θα φέρεις κρατήσεις. Πρέπει να γνωρίζεις και το πλαίσιο μέσα στο οποίο λειτουργείς. 🎯

A beautiful villa can be perfect for your trip or completely wrong for the way you want to experience the island.

📍 Check the exact location, not just “Zakynthos”.
🚗 Find out whether you’ll realistically need a car.
⏱️ Look at actual driving times to the beaches and places you want to visit.
🅿️ Don’t assume parking will be easy or available.
🚶 And check what you can actually reach on foot, restaurants, mini markets, beaches and everyday essentials.

Zakynthos is an island where where you stay can shape your entire holiday. Two accommodations may look equally beautiful online, but offer a completely different experience once you arrive.

Η βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση στην Ελλάδα αλλάζει και τα τελευταία στοιχεία έχουν ενδιαφέρον. 📊

Λιγότερα διαθέσιμα καταλύματα, υψηλότερες μέσες τιμές και καλύτερες πληρότητες. Αυτό όμως δεν σημαίνει ότι η αγορά έγινε ευκολότερη.

Το αντίθετο. Γίνεται πιο απαιτητική και πιο επαγγελματική.

If you want to discover a quieter, more authentic side of the island, add these three villages to your route:

📍 Keri - A traditional village in southern Zakynthos, known for its peaceful atmosphere and the iconic Keri Lighthouse nearby. Stay until sunset for some of the most impressive views over the Ionian Sea. 🌅

📍 Ano Volimes - Head north and into the mountains for a completely different side of Zakynthos. Wander through the village, discover traditional crafts and local products, and combine your visit with the Blue Caves and the northern coast. 🫒

📍 Loucha - A small, traditional inland village surrounded by greenery and old stone houses. Quiet, authentic and away from the busiest tourist areas, it’s a lovely stop if you want to experience the slower, more local side of the island. 🌿
