To help us live decent on an island please think how you use AC. It is hot, day and night, but you are not at home most of the day. AC cools down in minutes, and please use DRY button, that keeps humidity out and air is fresh and cozy. Try it. Think about how all tourists turn AC at the same time after beach, that is a stress to our electric grid. We are on an island, with no water, all that utilities come from main land with a cost that make us very angry but here we all are. You are most welcome local community needs you as well, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, taxi drivers, boat excursions, local producers of food or organic products, stone masons or artists. Winter is long, island is far from eye, far from heart as we say. Let us all be more careful what are we doing to each other. Review, if you have nothing nice to say better not post without good reason. Local family where you are staying give all they have to make your holiday best ever. Talk, problems are here to be solved, not to stay unsolved and ruin your stay as well as family rep**ation. There are no problems that can not be solved in honest conversation. Your expectations should be realistic, talked out prior to arrival. It is summer, ferry is full, port is full, parking cost money, but we all know that. Prepare you. No stress. Worth the trouble.
