🎶 After phenomenal concert at the Rector’s Palace, we warmly recommend the stradun.classic Festival.

Taking place in the unique setting of Dubrovnik’s Rector’s Palace, the festival brings together outstanding Croatian and international musicians in a wonderful celebration of chamber music.

It is, in many ways, an excellent example of Flemish–Croatian cultural cooperation — connecting Dubrovnik with the vibrant musical scene of Flanders and bringing artists together through a shared passion for music.

A special mention to Marija Pavlovic , artistic director of the festival, and Pieter Nuytten, bassoonist and one of the wonderful international artists taking part this year. 🇭🇷🇧🇪

The festival continues until September 6, with concerts including Baroque and Beyond, In the Mists and the final gala with the legendary Mischa Maisky.

Centuries of Dubrovnik’s history meet in a single view.
A morning by the sea, surrounded by handmade lace and crochet crafted by local women - a living tradition that echoes Croatia’s UNESCO-recognised lacemaking heritage. In the harbour, Karaka recalls the magnificent merchant ships that sailed from Dubrovnik during the golden age of the Republic.
