Apartment Vemar is located on peninsula Lapad, a beautiful part of Dubrovnik, rich with Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful sand, pebble and rock beaches, only 3.5 km from Old Town Dubrovnik.nn Our apartment is close to the Bay of Lapad, an area with many hotels, beaches, various water sport activities and pleasant walking areas. Many restaurants, caffe bars, supermarkets, post office, bank and

other useful services can all be found on a small area and very close to Apartment Vemar (ca. 2-5 minutes walk).nn The bus station with regular bus connections to the Old Town is about 100 meters away and private parking can be arranged in front of the building. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and consists of two sleeping rooms, kitchen, dinning/living room combined together and bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and SAT TV.n - possible discounts for long stays

Want to spend a perfect hooliday in Dubrovnik? This large 2-bedroom apartment in very center of Dubrovnik has everything you need. Apartment is fully equipped and has a private parking space. It is located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters away from the nearest bus station. Grocery store, bars and restaurants are at your doorstep.

Vemar is a beautifully furbished private apartment located in Uvala Lapad one of Dubrovnik's fashionable promenades, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and within 5 min. walking distance from the beautiful pebble beach. This area offers a choice of restaurants and coffee shops as well as shopping area and multiple sports activities (tennis, watersports and pleasant walking areas). Easily accessible, it is linked to the old town by a direct bus line running every 15 min.. By foot it takes 20-30min. walk.
Apartment description The apartment has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4-5 persons (50m2). It is fully equipped and stylishly furbished. It is a self catering facility equipped with a spacious living and dinning room with satellite TV, radio, A/C, internet, complete bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Kitchen has all necessary appliances including coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. Also, there is a private parking place in front of the building. From this comfortable location you can plan the discovery of the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, see the impressive walls and enjoy museums, monuments, churches as well as art galleries, restaurants and pubs.
