This is why experiences like these are part of the spirit of Arte Oliva Hotel. They are also one of the ingredients of our Novavis concept, where we invite people to reconnect with nature, with others, and with themselves.

A rare opportunity has just opened for the last week of August in our signature apartment, Balkan Amethyst.

One of only two premium apartments at Arte Oliva, Balkan Amethyst is loved for its spacious layout and its panoramic balcony overlooking the Adriatic. It has become a favourite among our returning guests, many of whom ask specifically for this apartment when they come back.

When we were developing Novavis, we realized that many of its values had already been quietly living here at Arte Oliva. Calm mornings. Time outdoors. Moving your body. Taking a real break.

Novavis brings these elements together into a dedicated experience. During the summer season at Arte Oliva, they appear in smaller moments that add something special to a holiday.

That’s why our weekly yoga mornings have become a tradition. Not because every holiday needs yoga, but because this place somehow makes it feel right.
