Grebaštica today. Your lunch view tomorrow. ☀️

26°C. Lunch outside. The sea still warm.
And autumn holidays are just around the corner.

While summer crowds have gone, Grebaštica hasn’t gone anywhere. The restaurants are open, the sea is beautiful, and there is finally space to enjoy it all.

Arte Oliva stays open throughout October. We are here, our team is here, and your table could be waiting.

Maybe summer isn’t over yet. 🌊

Summer, without the crowds.

This is Grebaštica today.
Late September. 26°C. Blue skies, warm sea, restaurants still open. And almost nobody around.

It is quite hard to believe that only a few weeks ago these same beaches and promenades were full of summer life.

Now you get all the beauty of Dalmatia, but with space. Space to swim, walk, sit by the sea, choose your favourite table and simply enjoy the day.

And the best part? The Adriatic is still holding the warmth of summer, with beautiful swimming often continuing well into October.

At Arte Oliva, we stay open throughout October. We are here, our team is here, and Grebaštica is very much alive.

So if you can travel outside the school holidays, or your October school holidays give you the chance, this may be the moment to discover a completely different side of the Croatian coast.

Same sea. Same sun. Infinitely more space. ☀️🌊 Arte Oliva

Who said summer is over?

Sasha clearly didn’t get the memo. 😊

September at Arte Oliva means warm evenings, quieter beaches, dinners outside and a little more space to enjoy everything.

And October? Some of our favourite days of the year are still ahead.

Extend your summer.

Artè Oliva experiences #3

Sometimes the best holiday plans are the simplest.

Leave the phone behind.
Meet wonderful people.
Spend time with gentle horses.
Watch your children discover something new.
Stroke a sleepy cat.
Come back a little calmer than you arrived.

This is why experiences like these are part of the spirit of Arte Oliva Hotel. They are also one of the ingredients of our Novavis concept, where we invite people to reconnect with nature, with others, and with themselves.

A heartfelt thank you to our dear friend Gracija Požar and her wonderful team for creating these beautiful moments year after year. We are already looking forward to welcoming our September Novavis group for another unforgettable evening together.

And for our summer guests. If you are staying with us and would like to experience horse riding in the beautiful countryside, just let us know. We will be happy to connect you.

Someone Cancelled. You Win. 🌿

A rare opportunity has just opened for the last week of August in our signature apartment, Balkan Amethyst.

One of only two premium apartments at Arte Oliva, Balkan Amethyst is loved for its spacious layout and its panoramic balcony overlooking the Adriatic. It has become a favourite among our returning guests, many of whom ask specifically for this apartment when they come back.

☀️ Morning coffee with a sea view.
📖 A good book in the hanging chair.
🌅 Warm summer evenings watching the sun disappear behind the islands.

Late August is one of our favourite times of the year. The sea is at its warmest, the atmosphere becomes a little quieter, and summer still has plenty to offer.

If you’ve been thinking about one last escape before autumn, this might be exactly the opportunity you were waiting for.

Some places naturally invite you to slow down.

When we were developing Novavis, we realized that many of its values had already been quietly living here at Arte Oliva. Calm mornings. Time outdoors. Moving your body. Taking a real break.

Novavis brings these elements together into a dedicated experience. During the summer season at Arte Oliva, they appear in smaller moments that add something special to a holiday.

That’s why our weekly yoga mornings have become a tradition. Not because every holiday needs yoga, but because this place somehow makes it feel right.

And yes… we’re also keeping the yoga mats warm until our next Novavis group arrives in September. 😊

Freshly prepared. Waiting for new memories. 💚

Every guest arrives to a space that has been prepared with care.

A few new design touches. New kitchen utensils. A new hanging chair on the balcony. Little details that make a place feel welcoming from the very first moment.

This is Balkan Amethyst, our largest signature apartment, now ready to welcome its next guests.

And one more piece of news. Reservations for Season 2027 are now open.🙌🏻

If you book directly through our website before 31 December 2026, you’ll enjoy 2026 prices for your 2027 holiday.
