Od 26. listopada do 1. studenoga pozivamo vas da otkrijete poseban degustacijski meni od pet sljedova koji je osmislio chef Marin Pleše, inspiriran okusima, namirnicama i gastronomskom baštinom otoka Krka i Kvarnera.

U sklopu programa JRE-Hrvatska i Mastercard Passion Week, ovo jedinstveno iskustvo dostupno je po promotivnoj cijeni od 180 € za dvije osobe. Pridružite nam se na večeri koja kroz pažljivo odabrane sastojke i autorska jela prenosi priču našega kraja.

We were delighted to take part in JRE Talent & Passion 2026 – Harvest, a gathering that brought together JRE chefs, sommeliers, w**emakers and producers from across Croatia in celebration of local ingredients and the people behind them.
This year's theme, Harvest, showcased the products, w**es and flavours of Zagreb County through the unique interpretations of JRE chefs, paired with w**es from local w**emakers and ingredients from regional producers.
For the event, Chef Marin Pleše prepared an acorn langoš with goat cheese and grilled mushrooms, inspired by the flavours of the forest and ingredients that often find their way into Vila Rova's kitchen. The dish was paired with Puhelek Purek Kraljevina.
A sincere thank you to Zagreb County Tourist Board and JRE Croatia for the invitation, and to all producers, chefs, sommeliers and w**emakers for a day filled with collaboration, knowledge-sharing and inspiration.

Imali smo zadovoljstvo biti dio susreta Talent & Passion 2026 – ŽETVA koji je okupio JRE chefove, sommeliere, vinare i proizvođače iz cijele Hrvatske oko jedne zajedničke ideje: slavljenja proizvoda i ljudi koji stoje iza njih.
Ovogodišnja tema bila je ŽETVA, a kroz autorske interpretacije JRE chefova predstavljeni su okusi Zagrebačke županije, povezani s vinima lokalnih vinara i proizvodima brojnih obiteljskih gospodarstava.
Chef Marin Pleše za ovu je prigodu pripremio žirov langoš s kozjim sirom i grillanim gljivama, inspiriran šumom i namirnicama koje nas često prate i u kuhinji Vile Rova. Jelo je bilo posluženo uz Kraljevinu vinarije Puhelek Purek.
Hvala Turističkoj zajednici Zagrebačke županije i JRE-Hrvatska na pozivu te svim proizvođačima, kolegama chefovima, sommelierima i vinarima na razmjeni znanja, ideja i inspiracije.

The article shines a light on our Island Menu Inspired by Olive Touch Krk, a tasting experience celebrating the versatility of roles of olive oil through carefully crafted dishes inspired by our island's olive-growing heritage.

Last night at Vila Rova, Kvarner came alive on the plate and in the glass. Through five thoughtfully crafted courses, Chef Marin Pleše and his team presented a menu inspired by the flavors and ingredients of Kvarner, while our sommelier Petar Krnčević rounded off the evening with a precisely guided w**e pairing, joined by our esteemed guests from Medea W**ery Medea Vinarija who made the night truly special. It was a true privilege to uncork and taste rare bottles from their cellar archive, including the 2019 Punta Greca.

We thank the Kvarner Tourist Board for their partnership in promoting and strengthening the regional gastronomic scene.

Our sincerest gratitude goes to our guests who joined us for this culinary experience and continue to appreciate our work and attention to detail. Thank you for your trust and for sharing the evening with us.

Sinoć je u Vili Rova Kvarner oživio na tanjuru i u čaši. Kroz pet pomno osmišljenih sljedova, chef Marin Pleše i njegov tim pripremili su meni inspiriran okusima i namirnicama Kvarnera, dok je naš sommelier Petar Krnčević večer zaokružio precizno vođenom vinskom pratnjom uz pomoć naših dragih gostiju iz vinarije Medea koji su večer učinili uistinu posebnom. Iznimna je čast bila otvoriti i kušati dragocjene boce iz njihove ponude ali i arhive poput Punta Greca iz 2019. godine.

Zahvaljujemo Turističkoj zajednici Kvarnera na partnerstvu u promoviranju i osnaživanju regionalne gastronomske scene.

U godini u kojoj Kvarner s ponosom nosi titulu Europske regije gastronomije, sa zadovoljstvom vas pozivamo na pretposljednje ovogodišnje izdanje našeg ciklusa večera Kvarner na tanjuru — u petak, 16. listopada u 19:00 h.

Ovaj projekt nastao je u suradnji s Turističkom zajednicom Kvarnera s ciljem približavanja autentičnih okusa kroz cjelovečernje gastro iskustvo po pristupačnoj, promotivnoj cijeni.
