Primošten Bay Resort misli zeleno

Usmjereni smo prema dugoročnoj održivosti destinacije i zato je cijeli koncept prilagođen tome. Resort će biti neprometna zona, a lakše kretanje Resortom će omogućavati električna vozila. Na svakoj parceli uz građevinu će biti 40 posto zelenih površina.

Primošten Bay Resort thinks green

We are focused on the long-term sustainability of the destination and that is why the whole concept is adapted to that. The resort will be a non-traffic zone, and electric vehicles will allow easier movement through the resort. There will be 40 percent green space on each plot next to the building.

U sklopu Resorta na 600m2 prostirat će se jedinstveni koncept etno-sela za edukaciju i zabavu posjetitelja (edutainment). Dajući im samo dašak onoga što ovaj kraj može ponuditi, želimo ih potaknuti na istraživanje onoga što Primošten pruža.

Respecting Primosten’s authenticity

Within the Resort, a unique concept of an ethno-village for education and entertainment of visitors (edutainment) will spread over 600m2. Giving them just a touch of what this area has to offer, we want to encourage them to explore what Primosten has to offer.

Središnja ideja investitora i arhitekta bila je savršeno uklopiti Primošten Bay Resort u postojeći prirodni krajolik primoštenskog područja. Posebno vodeći računa o tome, osnovna inspiracija dizajna bio je izgled krajolika s njegovim tipičnim suhozidom, topografski postavljenim na različitim visinama stvarajući oblik „kolaža“ i pružajući neometan pogled na more.

The central idea of the investor and architect was to fit Primosten Bay Resort perfectly into the existing natural landscape of the Primosten area. Taking special care of this, the basic inspiration of the design was the appearance of the landscape with its typical dry-stone wall, arranged topographically at different heights creating the shape of a “collage” and providing an unobstructed sea-view.
