Villa Tonka is a completely renovated stone house that was built almost 💯 years ago. Original stone and modern design make a perfect combination for relaxation and enjoyment. Ideal for families and small groups, the villa can accommodate up to 5 guest (4+1).
House is located in a quiet village Valtura, 8 km away from the most popular destination in Istria, the city of P**a. Nearest local shop is 2 km away, other supermarkets, restaurants, beaches etc. all close by a maximum of 10 minutes' drive.
This property offers a free parking, private heated swimming pool, free wifi, covered terrace and charcoal grill/gas grill.
On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen, dining room, and a cozy air conditioned living room with a sofa bed for one person and bathroom.
The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and air conditioning.
On the first floor there is also a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and stone wall.
The villa is available all year round. It is an ideal place for enjoying the flavors of Istria, eating truffles, asparagus, homemade prosciutto and cheese, enjoying w**e and olive oil, cycling, walking, etc..
