Good to know before you arrive. 🧳
A few practical things our guests often ask before their stay, all in one place:

✈️ Getting here: Split Airport is about 40 minutes away, with direct flights from many European cities. By car, it’s about 5½ hours from Graz, 7 from Vienna and 9 from Munich.

🔑 Arriving: We welcome you personally. Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out until 10 am.

🛒 Nearby: Supermarkets, the pharmacy, the bakery, restaurants and Marina Frapa are about 10 minutes away by car. Or take the beautiful coastal path and walk into Rogoznica in about 30 minutes. 🌊

Gut zu wissen vor der Anreise. 🧳
Ein paar praktische Dinge, die unsere Gäste vor ihrem Aufenthalt oft fragen, hier gesammelt:

✈️ Anreise: Der Flughafen Split ist ca. 40 Minuten entfernt, mit Direktflügen aus vielen Städten Europas. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 5½ Stunden ab Graz, 7 ab Wien und 9 ab München.

🔑 Ankunft: Wir begrüßen Sie persönlich. Check-in ist ab 16 Uhr, Check-out bis 10 Uhr.

🛒 In der Nähe: Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Restaurants und die Marina Frapa erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten. Oder Sie spazieren in ca. 30 Minuten auf einem wunderschönen Küstenweg nach Rogoznica. 🌊

All five bedrooms in our villas are made for slow mornings and quiet evenings:

🛁 Each has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
🌅 Each opens onto its own balcony
👀 And from every single one, you look out over the Adriatic
📺 A TV, for when you want it (though the view usually wins)

No one gets the “room at the back”. Everyone wakes up to the sea.

📺 Ein Fernseher ist auch da, falls Sie ihn brauchen (meistens gewinnt aber die Aussicht)

Cooler days, quiet paths along the coast, and no summer crowds. Here at Animare, your four-legged family member is more than welcome:

🌿 The entire property is fenced – so your dog can roam freely.
🏡 One villa is reserved for guests with dogs, which keeps our other two villas allergy-friendly.
🚶 Dragon's Eye Lake is just around the corner – perfect for a morning walk.

🔥 What if the weather turns? Then the villa becomes your retreat: fireplace, sauna, private gym and yoga room, darts and table football. Just bring your favourite board games.

🍽️ Is everything still open? Most restaurants and shops nearby stay open – and we're happy to help you pick a restaurant and reserve your table.

🐾 Can we bring our dog? Absolutely. The whole property is fenced, and one villa is reserved for guests with dogs, so the other two stay allergy-friendly.
