Staying at Villa Mara Ondo and looking for a little adventure?

One of the best things about staying here is that some of Croatia’s most beautiful places are not far away and make for wonderful day trips.

Telašćica Nature Park – beautiful cliffs, hidden bays and the peaceful salt lake Mir. A perfect place to slow down, swim and enjoy nature.

Kornati National Park – a magical group of islands, best experienced from the sea. You can join an organized boat trip from Zadar and spend the day exploring the stunning Kornati landscape.

Island of Pag – something completely different. Its unique, almost lunar landscape, lovely beaches, small villages and famous Pag cheese make it a great choice for a day by car.

Pag is easy to reach by car, while Telašćica and Kornati are best visited by boat. You don’t need to plan a long journey — these are all very doable as day trips while staying with us at Villa Mara Ondo. 🐚

Kad sunce zađe, Paklenica dobiva sasvim novo lice… Vrijeme je za susret s jednim od najzanimljivijih stanovnika našeg parka – šišmišem!

Pozivamo vas na Međunarodnu noć šišmiša – večer ispunjenu zabavom, kreativnošću i otkrivanjem tajni noćnog svijeta. ✨

Znate li da u Hrvatskoj žive 34 vrste šišmiša, a čak je 24 vrste zabilježeno u Paklenici? 🦇
I ne, šišmiši nisu slijepi, ne zapliću se ljudima u kosu i nisu strašna bića iz legendi! 😉

Ove večeri otkrit ćemo njihovu pravu priču kroz:
🎨 izradu bedževa
🖌️ crtanje i bojanje šišmiša
🔎 edukativne i kreativne radionice
🌌 noćnu šetnju uz bat detektor – poslušajte zvukove koje ljudsko uho ne može čuti!
