This week, the olive harvest started at Solta. A stay at Gone in October will take you to the olive fields to see if you master the hand harvesting skills.

This morning, we said goodbye to the last guests of the season. And what a spectacular season it has been. We have truly enjoyed the last 6 months and can’t wait for Spring 2027 to come and new guests to arrive. Thank you to all dear guests this year! ❤️
