Stvaramo, beremo, proizvodimo, povezujemo se, zamišljamo kako će naše vrijeme zajedno izgledati.
Louise radi lavandin hidrolat i hvata one prve kapljice, koje se zovu Anđeoski poljubac, jer su najčistije. Od njih radi osvježavajući i umirujući sprej koji koristi tokom retreata.
Laura bere i suši smokve, plodove podneblja u kojem živi. One će na oltaru koji stvaramo tokom retreata biti dar našim duhovnim vodičima i kasnije će nahraniti naša tijela.
Colleen je u pozadini, dizajnira naše oglase za društvene mreže. Već je pripremila knjige i bojice za svaku klijenticu, da je podrži kroz njeno kreativno izražavanje pisanjem.

A small circle of us women gathered to do a facial love massage. This was my homework assignment for the medicinal herbs class I'm taking with Rosemary Gladstar . My mom and cousin and her son were visiting and agreed to let me do it. 

Everything we used I made from the plants I collected, or the best quality items I purchased (green clay) or was gifted (honey). We started with a clay mask, then a fragrant herbal steam, then sweet honey🐝 mask (we laughed at them licking honey as it melted on their faces and dripped on their lips😂), then  astringent tonic and finishing with my own made helichrysum cream. They said afterwards their skin felt soft and stretchy, fresh and renewed. 🧚🌷

Harvest season is approaching and so is our Embody the Earth Element Retreat, to celebrate this moment for gathering, digesting, and nourishing our body and our soul, following the natural rhythm.

Velike vrućine i suša ovog ljeta donijele su kraj rasta u moj vrt, unatoč zalijevanju. Vrijeme je za berbu plodova i  pripremu tla za hladnije usjeve. Kraj je jedne faze  ciklusa života i smrti i početak sljedeće. 

I smokve su pune plodova. Neke su mekane izvana, a tamno ružičaste iznutra, prepune slatkoće. Druge osušene vise na stablu i padaju na tlo, na ulasku u umirući godišnji ciklus.

Poput osušenih smokava i povrća u mom vrtu koje ulaze u umiruću fazu godišnjeg ciklusa, u nama postoje emocije, sjećanja, ponašanja, blokade, strahovi koji su zreli i spremni za otpuštanje. 

Jesensko doba nam je poziv da se uskladimo s ritmom prirode, i usredotočimo na omotu što je spremno za otpuštanje, jer nam više ne služi. Otpuštanjem stvaramo prostor za nove spoznaje, nova iskustva. Zajedno s Rhythm_of_beauty_ stvorile smo priliku da to učinimo zajedno, s grupom žena koje osjećaju poziv svoje duše, da se povežu sa božicom u sebi, da ritmom prirode, i da osnaže svoju moć kreiranja života kakvog želimo.

High heat and dryness this summer brought an end to my garden, despite the watering. It's time to harvest what is ripe and dying, and prepare the soil for cooler crops - the next cycle of life and death.

Fig trees also are full of fruit. Some soft on the outside and dark pink inside, bursting with sweetness. Others are sun dried on a tree and falling on the ground, ending their cycle of life.

Like the sun dried figs and the veggies in my garden that are entering the death phase of the annual cycle, there are emotions, memories, behaviors, blockages, fears inside of us that are ripe and ready to go. Fall season is an invitation to align ourselves with this cycle of letting go of what's not serving us any more, and make space for new experiences. Together with Rhythm_of_beauty_ we created an opportunity to do do this together, with a group of women who feel a call. 

Join us for the Embody the Earth Element Retreat by the Adriatic sea. Together, we connect in stillness, we synchronize our body rhythm with that of nature, and we enter into the yin part of the year, into the cooler, calmer, quieter part of the nature cycle.

Today was a special day of making soap and shampoo bars, and teaching a student. My soaps are completely natural, made with local olive oil, herbal oil infusions I make with plants I harvest around me.
I'm still playing with natural colorings, instead of buying anything. Last spring, a plant introduced itself to me and gave me a gift of a very unusual color. Andreas and I were out, collecting plants for his herbarium. This plant I didn't know the name for, so we looked it up and learned that its roots give red coloring. "Hm, what an opportunity to experiment with this". We dug out a small root, infused it in olive oil, and I watched the infusion get bright red.
It was magical to watch the block of soap I made with this infusion change color from red while warming the oils, to purple when mixing with lye, to now light shade of lilac, when the block is dried and I sliced it in soap bars. I simply love the color. This is a special addition, with only limited numbers of soap bars. Next spring I make more infused oil and make this into my trademark soap bar.

Join Louise, Laura & Colleen for a deeply nourishing retreat where the wisdom of the Earth Element invites you to slow down, soften and remember the medicine within.

Last May I traveled to Avalon, UK, to attend one of Louise's retreats. On my way back home we agreed on bringing a retreat to Tisno in September. Colleen, as one of my dear and closest friends, was happy to join our planning from the USA. 

Here is what we "cooked" so far. 

A 2-day retreat, 25-26 September, to celebrate the seasonal medicine of the harvest cycle and what the turn of this wheel offers us. Our vision for each sister who joins us is to gently guide her to hear her divine feminine, to explore what needs to be let go of, and discover what desires and goals to bring forward.

We are calling in for 12-15 women who feel the resonance and the heartfelt call to gather with us and spend a few days together, surrounded by the magic of the Adriatic sea and nourish ourselves with wholesome local food.

What we offer:
🌷Louise's intuitive spiritual guidance, combined with the medicine of the land, the sacredness of each sister and her own story.

🌷Guided journal writing with Colleen, combined with a silent walk to the sea, looking for symbols in which Mother Nature speaks to us. 

🌷Soap bar making with Laura, using her own infused oils, made with plants that grow in our area. 

🌷Three course lunch each day, made by us.

🌷Body movement, yet to be determined (yoga or dance)

🌷Sound bath offered by another dear friend, Natalija

🌷Sunset closing ceremony by the sea, in a quiet space, carefully picked by Laura.

Accommodation is secured with the hosts close to our site.

Airport pickup is available if needed. Zadar airport is the closest. Split is the next option.

Doggie play by the sea today. 🐶🐕🐾 This winter has been wet and cloudy, so any sunny periods we go out and enjoy. The dark clouds ⛅ in the north added the dramatic feeling to our walk and the rainbow made it extra special.
