ORADA
Croatian noun — orada
French — dorade royale
English — gilthead seabream
Scientific name — Sparus aurata

A prized fish of the Adriatic Sea, the orada is easily recognised by the distinctive golden band between its eyes—hence the name “gilthead”. Its firm, delicate white meat and mild flavour make it one of the most popular fish in Dalmatian cuisine.

Usually grilled whole and served with olive oil, lemon, garlic and seasonal vegetables, orada is a true taste of the Croatian coast.

Ments meg engem! A 40 éves olajfát múlt évben fordítottak ki egy építkezési telken, tavasszal még hajtott. A tönk eléri a száz kilót, amit csak fekve tudok kinyomi, ezért 400 méteren át görgettem. Szavazzál: ki fog hajtani vagy darabolni fogjuk olajfa artizán vágódeszkának?!
