🇭🇺 23 October – Remembering the Hungarian Revolution of 1956

On this day in 1956, the people of Hungary rose up against Soviet oppression, standing bravely for freedom, democracy, and national independence. Though the revolution was crushed, its spirit lives on as a symbol of courage and an unwavering pursuit of freedom.

Today, we honour those who fought and those who fell, heroes who reminded the world that freedom is worth every sacrifice.

HU / AZAHRIAH + BUDAPEST = MEGINT NAGYOT MEGYÜNK! 🔥🎶

Szeptember 18–19-én Azahriah ismét beveszi a Budapest Parkot.

👉 Te melyik Azahriah-számra buliznál a legnagyobbat? 🎤🔥

🎧 Addig is lehet bemelegíteni:

EN / AZAHRIAH + BUDAPEST = HERE WE GO AGAIN! 🔥🎶

On September 18–19, Azahriah is taking over Budapest Park once again.

Apartment Csengery Budapest is already getting ready for the concert fever! 🏠🎸
The neighborhood will be buzzing with music, concert-goers and, of course, that classic “where can we still grab a beer?” atmosphere. 🍻😉

The apartment is already fully booked for these two nights, so we only have one question:

👉 Which Azahriah song would you dance to the hardest? 🎤🔥

Flood and Drought on the Danube – 2024–2026

Ugyanaz a nézőpont: a Margit híd környéke 830 cm-es és 9 cm-es buda...

Good to know...

Because of the ongoing heatwave and record-low Danube water levels, the Paks Nuclear Power Plant may need to shut down partially or fully in the coming days. To help reduce electricity demand, the city is turning off decorative night lighting on public buildings (so the illuminated Parliament, Castle, bridges etc. may look different after dark for a while).

What this means for you:

📍 Night cruises — if you’ve booked one for the lights, consider switching to a sunset cruise instead. You’ll still get the views, just with natural light instead of building illumination.

📍 AC in your Airbnb/hotel — if you’re out for the day, please turn it off rather than leaving it running in an empty room. You probably don’t need 18°C — 22°C will feel just fine when you’re back.

Small steps from visitors add up. As the saying goes: for one, everything is impossible — for many, nothing is impossible. 🙏

Enjoy your stay in Budapest — heat and all! ☀️
