Idén szeptember 12-13. között újra Tatára érkezik a Stílusos Vidéki Éttermiség legnagyobb rendezvénye, a SVÉT 16.0. Az esemény a vidéki gasztronómia fontos találkozási pontja: éttermek, termelők és séfek találkozása, ahol két nap alatt szinte teljesen feltérképezheted a vidék kínálatát.

A madármegfigyelés vendégeink kedvelt időtöltése. A tatai Öreg-tó környékén több mint kétszáz madárfajjal találkozhatunk. Birdwatching is a favorite pastime among our guests. More than two hundred bird species can be spotted around Öreg Lake in Tata. "I came here to relax after a long, stressful period. I was greeted with endless kindness at the front desk, which immediately set the tone for the weekend. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it met all my needs. I usually unwind by spending the whole day exploring the city and nature, but this time I also included the spa in my itinerary, along with a massage, which turned out to be a great decision. My favorite part was the little spring behind the sauna; the cold water was perfect for cooling off. As someone interested in gastronomy, I have to admit that the Platan Bistro was a major draw when choosing this hotel, you rarely find hospitality of this caliber anywhere else. I loved the breakfast; I’ll be craving those breads for days to come. A helyiek klasszikusnak számító gyalogos "tókör" sétája mellett a nálunk megszállók e-bike túrára indulhatnak vagy akár elektromos kishajónkat vezetve is felfedezhetik környezetünket.

We encourage our guests to explore the beauty of the city and the surrounding area, of which we are so proud. In addition to the classic “lake-round" walk favored by locals, our guests can go on an e-bike tour or even explore the area by piloting our small electric boat on the biggest lake of the city.

Minden egy nap arra törekszünk, hogy még emlékezetesebb élményt nyújthassunk vendégeinknek..A Haraszthy Pincészettel öröm volt a közös munka. A ház borászával, Pázmány Dániellel, közösen készítettük el a Platán Tata pezsgőjét, a Platán Brut-t. Az egyek-budai borvidékről érkező tétel chardonnay-t és pinot noirt tartalmaz, ízjegyeiben citrust, érett almát, körtét és leheletnyi mandulát is felfedezhetünk. A palack nem csak a Platán Bisztró borlapján érhető el, hanem akár szobai bekészítésként is kérheted.

Every single day, we strive to provide our guests with an even more memorable experience. It was a pleasure to collaborate with the Haraszthy Winery. Together with the w**emaker, Dániel Pázmány, we created Platán Tata's own sparkling w**e, the Platán Brut. Sourced from the Egyek-Buda w**e region, it is a fine blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with flavor notes of citrus, ripe apple, pear, and a hint of almond. The bottle is not only available in Platán Bisztró, but as an in-room amenity.
