1 Receptionist (Focuses primarily on guest relations and administration)
2 Housekeeping Staff
💼 Job Responsibilities (Cross-Department Role)
To support overall villa operations, tasks include:
Housekeeping: Maintaining standard cleanliness of rooms and villa areas.
Maintenance: Tending to the garden and pool maintenance.
F&B Helper: Assisting in the kitchen/bar and serving breakfast to guests.
💰 Salary & Growth
Basic Salary: Starting rate for the initial period, with a guaranteed increase after the probationary months.
Salary Growth: Base salary will be increased if you take on extra responsibilities (such as cooking, bartending, or taking on receptionist duties).
