Working in hospitality, we’ve learned that not every day will be a good day for our guests.

Sometimes, things don’t go as planned.
Sometimes, problems happen that are simply beyond our control.

But we’ve also learned that it’s the people who can make a difference.

A genuine smile.
A little extra effort.
Someone who stays patient and tries their best to make things better.

We may not always be able to fix everything, but we can always choose how we treat our guests.

So we hope our team will continue to give their best, even on the difficult days.

While we may not have a white sand beach, what makes this place special is the unique tidal experience and the beautiful ocean view from the sea villas.

During low tide, guests can walk far out and explore the seaflat, while during high tide, the ocean transforms beautifully for swimming, kayaking, and simply enjoying the view right from the villa 🌴
