Coming to the City of London: Clayton Hotel Tower 42.​

Our presence in London is growing with a new 4-star Clayton Hotel at Old Broad Street, London, due to open in the second half of 2028. The full-service hotel will offer 154 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar and gym, in the heart of one of the world's most iconic financial districts.​

Built with sustainability at its core, the all-electric building will incorporate state-of-the-art heat pump technology and target a BREEAM Excellent accreditation, our highest sustainability standard to date.​

Location speaks for itself. Less than a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street and Bank Stations, with access to the London Underground, Elizabeth line, National Rail and bus services, connecting guests to every corner of London with ease.​

When it comes to cancer prevention, access to trusted information can make all the difference. That is why we are proud to continue our partnership with the Marie Keating Foundation by bringing the Cancer Prevention and
Wellness Roadshow to Clayton Hotel Galway on the 16th of September.​

This free community workshop will give people across Galway the opportunity to hear practical, evidence-based advice from health and wellness experts on cancer prevention, nutrition, exercise and healthy living. It is designed to
empower people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices about their health in a welcoming and supportive environment.​
​
Alongside the workshop, the Marie Keating Foundation Mobile Information Unit will be on site from 12pm to 3pm, offering a welcoming and confidential space where attendees can speak privately with a trained nurse, ask questions
and access trusted advice before or after the event. A range of wellness providers will also be in attendance, offering practical information and guidance to support healthier lifestyles. Our partnership with the Marie Keating Foundation
is about making a meaningful difference in the communities where we operate. ​

Since 2022, together we have raised more than €760,000 to support vital cancer awareness, education and support services across Ireland.We are proud to build on that impact through initiatives like these, bringing free, accessible health information directly into local communities. Whether you are interested in learning more about cancer prevention, looking for practical wellbeing advice, or supporting someone close to you, everyone is welcome.​

At Dalata, sustainability isn't a single initiative, it's woven into how we operate, every day, across every hotel. ​

All our hotels are Green Tourism accredited, and we continue to set ambitious targets to improve our energy efficiency, water usage and waste management. ​

On waste management, we hit our target of diverting 100% from landfill back in 2022, and we're committed to reducing food waste by a further 15% this year, through initiatives like our partnership with Too Good To Go at over 20 locations and a full move away from single-use plastics.​

Even our buildings reflect it. The average age of our hotels is just 15 years, making them more energy efficient by design, with all new builds required to meet a BREEAM Very Good standard.​

Because for us, living green is at the heart of everything we do.

Every great journey needs a next destination. For us, that destination is Berlin.​

Clayton Hotel Tiergarten is the latest step in that journey. Currently undergoing an 18-month refurbishment, the hotel will offer 274 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting and events centre, sauna, steam room and gym, built to BREEAM Very Good certification standards.​

Location matters as much as the building. Centrally placed with the Reichstag, Federal Chancellery and Berlin Zoological Garden all within easy reach, and excellent transport links to the main train station, airports and exhibition centre.​

Every Dalata hotel is now Green Tourism Gold certified.​

It's the result of consistent work across our hotels: reducing waste, cutting energy use, sourcing more responsibly, and embedding sustainable practice into everything we do. We achieved our target to divert 100% of waste from landfill, and we continue to raise the bar across every area of our operations.​

Because looking after our planet is part of how we look after our people and our guests too.​

Gold certification means independent verification that we're doing things the right way, not just saying we are. It's a milestone we're proud of, and one we'll keep building on, with heart.
