No, we can't sleep in this heat but it's still wonderful to enjoy our beautiful beaches during this heat wave.
If you are heading to the beach over the coming days, this is a useful guide to jellyfish in Irish waters. Usually we see the ones with only mild stings but ir's good to be able to identify them. There are a couple nasty ones out there.

I'm looking out of the window at the rain and counting our blessings that our daughter's communion was last Saturday and not today. We had a beautiful day at and a stroll on the beach after.

There is wild weather on the way but at least we were treated to a pink full moon last night and a beautiful sunrise this morning.
