Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff are so professional, bar staff and servers were just perfect. Shane is excellent at his job, from going out during the photographs helping with my veil and dress, to making sure we had a drink in hand, a quiet space to sort out the bustle in the dress, and helping ensure everyone needed for nothing. It was fantastic.
The rooms and venue was so clean. The ballroom, main bar, reception and day two room were unreal. Decorations were put on display perfectly. The food was fantastic. We were complimented on having duck on the menu for starters and a lot of people mentioned it made the wedding feel that bit fancier. The food in the Great Northern on the wedding day and during the weekend in the main bar was delicious.
If you want a venue that is located on a sea cliff for the most beautiful pictures, with staff that are so welcoming to all guests and so professional, stylish decor and enough rooms to fit all your guests in the one hotel, the Great Northern Hotel Bundoran is the venue for you.
From booking the wedding to the wedding day, Shane the coordinator and staff in the Great Northern were absolutely fabulous. Amazing attention to detail, we felt so special on our big day it was just brilliant.
