As some of you may be aware, September Wednesday 23rd Ireland Active are running their Be Active Day campaign. So this year we have again decided to host a Spinathon. The aim during the Spinathon is to cycle non stop from 6:30am until 8:30pm. During these hours a bike must be moving continuously and not stop at any point.
Therefore we are looking for some of our members to help us out with this task. A sign up sheet will be available at reception where you can sign up to a time slot to cycle with us and help out. The Spinathon will also be used to raise funds for Maria Goretti Foundation .All proceeds will go directly to this great cause.
Donations can be made via the link below ,the QR Code or else directly in the Leisure Club where there will be a donation card in our reception.

We are now taking new bookings for our September term of Kids Swim Lessons
An 8 week Term will be starting again Tuesday 1st September.

Lessons are on Tuesday's & Thursday's 4:00pm - 7:00pm & Saturday's 10:15am - 1:15pm

A huge shoutout to Barry Hynes, Barry is a member who has really stepped up their efforts recently! 💪
He has been smashing his goals by getting involved in our Spin classes and, to top it off, joining our Running Club too! Which has led to Barry achieving a new 5K PB 🏃‍♀️🔥
It’s fantastic to see such commitment, consistency and willingness to try something new. His hard work and dedication haven’t gone unnoticed, and Barry is a brilliant example of what getting stuck in and challenging yourself can achieve.
Keep up the amazing work — you’re absolutely smashing it! 👏

Like everybody else in the community we were shocked and devastated to learn of the passing of Robert and his wife Kathleen.

Robert was a valued member of our gym family and more than just a familiar face to us. Anytime we saw Robert coming we knew to always set aside a few minutes for a quick chat. Robert loved nothing more than chatting all things GAA and keeping us all up to date about the events and happenings in the local area. Robert brought with him a certain kind of kindness that can’t really be explained. Anybody that knew him will tell you the same thing. His presence will be deeply missed by our staff and fellow members.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with their family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing them during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for being part of our community.

Everyone at Four Seasons Leisure Club would like to wish the Louth Senior Footballers and management the very best of luck as they take on Mayo in tomorrow’s All-Ireland Semi-Final in Croke Park.

We were delighted to welcome the team to our facilities a few weeks ago and see first hand the dedication and commitment this team have.

We are delighted to announce the return of our run club starting back this Tuesday 14th July. Lets take advantage of the longer evenings and some of that warmer weather we are having.

Our run club is open to all abilities and everybody is welcome, Experienced runners or newcomers. Every Tuesday evening at 7pm, Meeting and setting off from our Leisure club reception. For anymore information feel free to contact us.
