A huge thank you 🙏 to everyone that called in last Thursday to support my annual coffee morning fundraiser for North West hospice services in Sligo.
€800 was raised and monies go to providing palliative care services for people with life limiting illnesses where they are residing, be that at home, in a nursing home, hospital or in our hospice.

☕️💛ANNUAL NATIONAL COFFEE MORNING IN AID OF North West HOSPICE 💛☕

This year’s Coffee Morning is particularly close to my heart.

Since 2018, my wonderful mum, Rita has stood beside me and supported me in fundraising for the hospice. We never could have imagined that, years later, Mum herself would need the incredible care and support that the hospice provides to patients and their families.

This summer, I experienced first-hand where the donations we have worked so hard to raise actually go — and I can honestly say that the hospice provides something truly special.

The care, compassion, dignity and kindness shown to Mum and to our family has meant more than I could ever put into words. 💛

That is why this year’s National Coffee Morning means so much to me. I want to help give something back to the people who have been there for us when we needed them most.
