Luttrellstown Castle Resort Luxury exclusive hire castle with 20 bedrooms, a state-of-the-art, alpine lodge-style clubhouse and a championship golf course.
(401)

Only a short distance from the centre of one of the most popular and vibrant cities in the world, lies an estate that’s worlds away from any hustle and bustle. Situated on 567 acres of lush private parkland, lies a championship golf course that serves as the perfect getaway for a few hours of scenic escapism. At the end of eighteen holes, a state-of-the-art, alpine lodge-style clubhouse with full bar and food menu, awaits you, your playing partners and your stories of success. But the jewel in the crown of this peaceful, picturesque sanctuary, is a magnificent, world-famous 15th century castle, offered for hire on an exclusive basis. Luttrellstown Castle Resort is an elegant, discreet and luxurious backdrop for any occasion from unforgettable weddings, intimate family gatherings and elegant garden parties, to important business meetings and unique conferences. But more than anything, even after 600 years, it remains true to what it was when it was first built – an opulent venue for gracious hospitality and entertainment, tailored to each visitor’s exacting requirements.

We are incredibly proud to share that two members of the Luttrellstown team have been named finalists in the 2026 IHI Hospitality Management Awards.

Congratulations to Robert Sarowski finalist in the Executive Head Chef category, and Madalina Maruntelu, finalist in the Conference & Events Manager category.

Being shortlisted for one of the most respected awards in Irish hospitality is a wonderful recognition of their hard work, leadership and dedication, and of the care they bring to our guests and our team every day.

Wishing you both the very best of luck from all of us at Luttrellstown Castle Resort.

Among the many experiences available at Luttrellstown Castle, few are as memorable as an encounter with our magnificent birds of prey.

Our resident falconers, Dublin Falconry, welcome guests to discover the heritage of falconry amid the beauty of our historic estate. Their expert team will introduce you to hawks, owls and falcons, with flying demonstrations and the rare opportunity to fly the birds yourself.

Sessions are available by appointment and can be arranged through your events or wedding executive.

Tucked quietly within the Walled Garden, The Gardener's Cottage is full of character and calm.

Once home to the estate's Head Gardener, who tended the garden around it, the cottage now offers five double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private terrace.

With views across the old garden walls and planting beyond, it is a peaceful hideaway just a short stroll from the Castle.
