What a special evening for everyone at Fernhill Hotel & Estate and for Clonakilty.
It was a real privilege to feature on Nationwide and to share the story of Fernhill with viewers across Ireland. Having the opportunity to showcase not only Fernhill, but also Clonakilty and the people who make this community so special, made the experience even more meaningful.
As we celebrate 200 years of Fernhill House this year, it feels right to reflect on our journey, the rich history of the estate and the many people who have seen it grow over the years. From generations of the O’Neill family to our wonderful team, Fernhill today is a reflection of the people who have been part of the journey.
A special thank you to the O’Neill family, our fantastic team, Ann Daly, Hilary, Ciara, Tara and Grace, along with and Noreen Minihane, for sharing their stories. We’d also like to thank the entire Nationwide team for their time, care and professionalism in bringing Fernhill’s story to life.
Thank you to everyone who has been in touch with such kind messages. We’re incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone with our community.
