The final harvest of the season 🐝🍯

OpenHive Honey were back at the hives out the back of the hotel for their final harvest of the year. The honey collected will make its way to their honey house, where it’s extracted, lightly filtered and jarred as raw Irish honey.

Today’s Roast of the Day in The Conservatory Bar is tender Beef served with a mélange of vegetables, golden Irish roasted potatoes and rich French red wine - the perfect combination. 🍽️🍷

Our lunch menu is served every day from 11:30am, with plenty of delicious dishes and Adrian’s desserts to choose from. And with beautiful views overlooking the surrounding valley, lunch at Glenview is made for slowing down and enjoying the moment.

Something you won’t see again until 2090 🌙✨

This Wednesday, 12 August, join us on the garden lawns from 6pm to watch the partial solar eclipse unfold over Wicklow, reaching its peak at approximately 7:11pm.

We’ll have blankets to cosy up with and specially themed treats available to enjoy while you take in the view.

One evening, one spectacular sky, and a sight that won’t be back for another 64 years. We’ll see you on the lawns!
