Blas na hEireann The Irish Food Awards time !!
Great to catch up with my lovely buddy Orla Orla Drumgoole and to meet Brian and Mark 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙩 𝘽𝙤𝙮𝙨 | Brian & Mark | Food • Travel • Culture . Loved my chat with Matt McCabe and the lovely Sharon Noonan .

What a lovely event this evening at the launch of Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards 2026. Best of luck to all the producers tomorrow and a massive congratulations to the incredible **le who is the powerhouse behind the organisation of this years event showcasing the best of Irish food.

Just a joy to have the fabulous Gemma Gemma leahy and her lovely wife Amie stay with us this weekend.
We are so proud of our little corner or Ireland and love nothing better than sharing our knowledge of the Di**le Peninsula with our guests, and to showcase the local businesses along with some of our favourite spots to wave watch, eat, listen to music, the pubs, the activities and of course the Slea Head drive.

The only problem is there is just SO MUCH to see that a weekend is not enough so they are already planning another trip back to us
Girls we can’t wait to see you both again really soon,

Today 8th September 26 years ago we said I do and never looked back. Today is special to us and going through photos we see all the important people in our lives who have gone, my lovely Dad Liam, Brian’s mum Nuala and Dad Cameron, our grandmothers, our best man Seamus, and many others . They all enriched our lives and helped on our journey through life.
The kids had a great time today looking through the photos snd trying to figure out who everyone was, because suffice it to say we all look slightly different, like a good vintage w**e !

To tie the knot with this man of mine is the best decision I ever made and would happily do it all over again.
