I'm incredibly proud to share that our 63% Croithlí Whisky-Infused Dark Chocolate has been awarded 3 Stars.

This bar began with a visit to the The Crolly Distillery, a passion for exceptional flavour, and a simple idea that grew into a meaningful collaboration. It reminds me that the best opportunities often come from community, conversations, and people who believe in one another.

To everyone who has supported Coco Milis from the very beginning—thank you. Every purchase, every message of encouragement, and every conversation has helped make moments like this possible.

Happy World Chocolate Day! 🍫

Today we're celebrating one of the world's favourite foods. But before we celebrate chocolate, let's take a moment to celebrate the people who make it possible.

Without cacao farmers, there would be no chocolate.

Every bar begins long before it reaches a chocolate maker. It starts with the hands that plant, care for and harvest the cacao pods, often in challenging conditions and with incredible skill.

As a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, I'm reminded every day that great chocolate starts at origin. The care and dedication of cacao farmers deserve to be recognised and valued, not just today, but every day.

So here's to the farmers, the land, and everyone along the journey from cacao tree to chocolate bar.

Join us during the Mary From Dungloe Festival for a fun, hands-on chocolate experience where you'll:

• Make and mould your own chocolate creations

• Experiment with different flavours and toppings

• Learn the secrets of chocolate tempering

• Discover how chocolate is made from bean to bar

• Take home your handmade chocolates

✨ New Bar Launch ✨

Our 60% Espresso Dark Chocolate is a meeting of two crafts and two worlds.

Single-origin cacao from small farms in Nicaragua meets freshly roasted Mexican coffee from local Donegal roaster New Kid, brought together, bean-to-bar, by us 💁‍♀️

Slow-made, deeply flavoured, with rich cocoa, bold espresso notes and a smooth, lingering finish. This bar is about craft, community, and respect for the land and the farmers behind every bean.
