Explore the grounds of Lough Eske Castle at a leisurely pace in a horse drawn carriage, as the sound of hooves and sweeping views transport you to another time. Carriages accommodate up to 4 guests, with cosy blankets on cooler days. Rides are €120 for up to 60 minutes (including a photo stop by Lough Eske) or from €60 for shorter trips up to 30 minutes.

“Comfortable Elegance - Our stay at Lough Eske Castle was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The staff prides itself on delivering exceptional service. Our room in the courtyard was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed being able to take advantage of the spa and all of its services. The dining experience was also wonderful from the breakfast buffet to the pub and restaurant. The castle is conveniently located a short drive from the town if Donegal and many of the sites in the area. But, if you’re like me, you won’t want to leave the castle.” TripAdvisor Review
