Earlier in the year, we installed new windows and doors on our property at Luke Cullen House, Oakfield Estate in Clondalkin, for our brilliant neighbours and tenants - the Citizens Information Centre.

This will reduce the carbon footprint of the building and we hope it will enhance the comfort of all at the Citizens Information Centre, who continue to be a pillar of community in Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

Our sincere gratitude to the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment and SDCC - particularly Community Climate Action Officer, Ian Jackson and his team there, for making it all possible via Phase 1 of the South Dublin County Council Community Climate Action Fund.

Sincere thanks also to our suppliers - Lorraine, and the excellent team at C & S Windows Lucan, for the great job they did.

Meet our tenants – the fantastic Intercultural Centre in Clondalkin, Dublin.

The Intercultural Centre, run by South Dublin County Partnership (SDCP), have been tenants in Unit 4 for over a decade. They are also our neighbours here in the Oakfield Industrial Estate beside Clondalkin Village - and better neighbours we could not have!

The Intercultural Centre provides vital social inclusion and social infrastructural support activities to migrant communities, including language training, CV and personal skills support, and business support.

We hope this great relationship with the SDCP will flourish well into the future.
