📰 “Hour by hour, bite by bite, The Mercantile marks it’s card”. It’s great to read call outs to John Ryan our “super friendly doorman”, our “cocktail-forward menu” and the many “layers of Irish detail from to [and] ”.

🍴Chef ‘s famous Beef & Guinness Pithivier Pie was given particular mention by Pól Ó Conghaile, a great nod to the work coming out of the kitchen and the standard being set across the board.
