REMEMBER THE OLD COFFEE SHOP? ☕️

For over 20 years, Josephine has been part of the Imperial Hotel Dundalk family. We sat down with her to look back on her memories of the coffee shop that was once part of the hotel, in the space now home to Gallery Restaurant.

A favourite place to meet friends, enjoy a coffee and have a chat. ☕ Freshly baked scones, a nice cup of tea or coffee, and a seat by the big windows to watch the world go by were all part of the experience.

It was a place where friends and family came together, caught up over a cuppa and shared little moments that became lasting memories.

Through Josephine’s stories, we get a glimpse of the everyday moments and familiar faces that made this place special to so many people in Dundalk.
