📣 We're hiring Experienced Breakfast Manager 📣
Due to our recent expansion within our business we are looking for an experianced Breakfast Manager to join our team!
A hotel breakfast manager oversees the daily morning food service, manages the breakfast team, and ensures high-quality guest dining experiences 🍴
The ideal candidate will have:
✨ Flexible over 5 days and weekends and willingness to work early morning shifts
often starting around 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM.
✨1 to 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or restaurant operations.
✨ Strong leadership skills and the ability to train, and motivate front-of-house staff, servers, and hosts during busy morning shifts.
✨Strong organizational abilities, patience under pressure during peak breakfast rushes, and clear communication
✨The ability to monitor buffet setups, food presentation, and table cleanliness to meet hotel brand standards.
✨Welcome guests, handle special dietary requests or complaints, and ensure smooth seating flow.
✨Manage inventory, track food costs, order supplies, and coordinate closely with the kitchen and head chef.
✨Create staff rosters, manage early morning attendance, and cover peak weekend hours
