No school again today so we had great fun in the kitchen making pancakes 🥞🍓🍌🫐
I used a basic traditional recipe but our toppings were fairly different!!🤣🤣

INGREDIENTS (makes 6 pancakes)
60g plain flour
125ml low fat milk
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

METHOD
Whisk into smooth batter and leave to set for half an hour. Then fry off on the pan for 1-2 minutes each side.

TOPPINGS
I used Yoplait Ireland fat free Skyr yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, banana and a dusting of my gorgeous pumpkin spice 🎃 My Irish Home

Works out at 2️⃣swips each using the milk as part of my Healthy Extra Calcium choice or else 2️⃣.5️⃣swips each!

Anyone else with no school today?👩‍🏫🚸 What are your plans to keep the kids busy and entertained?!🤪🥰

⭐️ Anna's 1.5 stone award ⭐️

Another incredible award from last Saturday, as I had the honour of presenting Anna Duggan from Rosscahill with her 1.5 stone award 🥳🥳

What can I say about this woman - she is so kind, caring and encouraging to everyone in group - and as you can see, her smile would light up any room 😊💕✨️

I could go on and on, but instead, let me share what her friends in group had to say about her when they recently nominated her for Woman of the Year...

"Anna is a queen - always with a smile and a kind word. You always feel better after talking to her"

"Anna is such a sweetheart"

"She's always smiling and so helpful to everyone"

"Anna is such a nice person, always smiling, although everyone in this group is lovely"

"Anna inspired me to go to the gym for the first time ever and I love it. And for putting up with Larry (joke)"

"Anna no 1...because she is awesome and I love her"

I think I know exactly who the last two were 🤣🤣 at least I hope I do!!

Congratulations Anna 🎉🎉
