With all the attention of short-term let's please remember that these people who are running them are small businesses, not large corporations. We are not the enemy destroying towns. We bring in many guests that spend money in our towns, create chances for new businesses as our guests usually stay longer than hotels or bed and breakfast.

Lovely our fair leader can see the funny side while hundreds and even thousands of people are left wondering if their livelihood will be closed down or how much we have to pay to the county council. Well done for looking out for the people of rural Ireland 👍

How do I get there?
and travel all year round to and from the islands.

Ferries depart Rosaveal at 1030am and 6pm *Fridays 630pm.
Ferries depart Inishmore at 815am and 5pm *Sundays 9am

What should I bring?
Waterproof clothing and good walking shoes are a must to see the island at this time of the year.

What sites can I see?
All our outdoor sites are open all year round. Please take note that during stormy weather and high seas it is best not to visit attractions by the sea.

The spar supermarket is open every day and sells all your daily needs

No crowds is the number 1 benefit of travelling to inishmore in winter.
