We feel strongly that too many of us have become disconnected from our environment, from the wonders of it's biodiversity, it's time to get off our screens and back into nature! We offer accommodation, bike hire, activities, archery tag and summer adventure camps all set on our 38 acre coastal Organic farm on the edge of Goleen Village on the Wild Atlantic W

ay. Mizen Adventues at Goleen Harbour offers a range of activities that have been selected for their excitement, entertainment, educational qualities as well as being low impact on our environment. These include Archery Tag, they call it a cross between Dodge Ball & Paint Ball or The Hunger Games meets Nerf Target Archery check out this video, Treasure Hunts, Kayaking, Hire Bikes and tours as well as our coastal farm walk and pollinators trail. We also run Summer Camps and can move some of our activities indoors on rainy days. Although we are based in Goleen just 500m off The Wild Atlantic Way on the stunning Mizen Peninsula we will be able to bring some of our activities such as Archery Tag to you anywhere in West Cork.

We’re delighted to welcome IYERS back to Goleen Harbour Eco Resort for the final pop-up of the summer.

Returning for two special evenings, Gautham, Caroline and the IYERS team bring their vibrant South Indian cooking to West Cork, celebrating fresh seasonal produce with handcrafted vegetarian and vegan dishes inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Expect bold flavours, beautiful ingredients and a relaxed evening of shared food overlooking Dunmanus Bay.

For one special weekend, chef, photographer and storyteller James Gabriel Martin brings his acclaimed project Leviathan to West Cork.

Inspired by the Wild Atlantic coast, these intimate dinners celebrate seasonality, storytelling and the deep connection between food and place.

Expect thoughtful cooking, local ingredients, long tables and an evening shaped by the landscape that surrounds us.

Join local craftsman Martin O’Flynn for a hands-on day of traditional willow weaving at Goleen Harbour 🌿

Sharing over 40 years of experience as a basketmaker, Martin will guide participants in creating their own round handled basket using heritage willow grown and hand cut in West Cork.

The workshops are suitable for beginners and include a wholesome locally sourced lunch along with tea and coffee breaks.

Workshop Dates:
Wednesday June 3rd — 11am–5pm
Wednesday July 1st — 11am–5pm

Martin is also at Bantry Market every Friday beside the Gubeen stall if you’d like to stop by for a chat about willow weaving or the workshops.

Did you know one of the most beautiful places in the world is West Cork? And yes, that’s coming from a Cork woman.

Sorcha is sharing a little connection we have to the magic of this landscape, as qe used to visit this area regularly as kids.

It certainly reminds us how vital it is to connect, especially in a world that can feel so dark in current times. So for us it's about finding, and sharing that spark again.

Through story, myth, and a deep connection to the wild beauty of Goleen Harbor, we’re coming together from May 10th to 15th.
