As a part of our Strawberry Fair Celebrations on Sunday June 21st we are bringing you something really special. Two amazing ladies have teamed up to create "Flow Into Silence", a one and a half hour session including stretch and flow yoga, breathwork and sound healing.

This will be available at CityNorth for €50 per person, but for a lucky 20 guests on this date the price will be reduced to €30 per person!
