Fresh batch of grass fed tallow from our Irish shorthorn and Irish moiled cattle and Tamworth lard heading into the - rendered in small batches on the farm.
Tallow and lard have been used for generations and are so multifunctional- making them great for cooking, making soaps and skin care products.

27 seconds of cuteness. Calf born yesterday and she was very curious about Joe. Folks, don’t ever approach animals that live in the wild and don’t approach animals that you aren’t familiar with and who aren’t familiar with you. Our cows are well used to Joe, but a cow who has just calved will do anything to protect her baby.
