Meet our Chef, Peter!

🍽️ What's your favourite dish on the new menu?
"Off the lunch menu, I like mozzarella sundried tomato focaccia- it's a tasty sambo made with homemade focaccia and buffalo mozzarella. For dinner, I would go for Duck breast with sticky fruity sauce."

🧅What's one ingredient you couldn't live without?
"My heart says tomatoes and strawberries are my favourite, but my head says onions and potatoes 😁."

✨ Which celebrity would you most want to cook a three-course meal for?
"If I had a chance to host celebrities and... I would say, you have to wait; I have other customers first- every guest counts. 😘"
